Joseph Parker vs Razvan Cojanu
About
Joseph Parker retained his WBO Heavyweight Championship with a unanimous decision victory over 6'7" Romanian Razvan Cojanu on May 6 at Vodafone Events Centre, Auckland.
Cojanu proved a tough and frustrating opponent who knew most of the darker tricks of the ring including holding and hitting. Despite facing the familiar Romanian giant, Parker did well to maintain his discipline against Cojanu to extend his undefeated record to 23 - 0 and hold onto the WBO World Heavyweight Title.
